DESCRIPTION:Join Friends of the Commodore Trail for an exclusive historic walking tour of Coconut Grove. Start in the private garden of one of the Grove’s most beautiful and historic homes in The Moorings followed by private access inside Miami’s first schoolhouse and other significant sites in Coconut Grove. Our expert local historian\, Iris Guzman Kolaya\, will lead this gentle one-mile walk along the Commodore Trail\, joined by historic period docents. Two hours later we’ll finish at the Housekeeper’s Club. An exclusive after-party follows at Peacock Garden with complimentary drinks and snacks.
