The Secret Garden Tour of Coconut Grove is Friends of the Commodore Trail’s Signature Fundraising Event
2024 was the fourth year for this self-guided tour of the Grove’s most beautiful, interesting and lovingly curated gardens. The Garden Tour celebrates the tropical flora and fauna that makes this area and the Commodore Trail so special. Raising awareness of how gardens contribute to and preserve the unique bio-diversity found in the Grove, is an important part of the Friends’ mission and vision for the Trail’s future.
Generous and supportive Coconut Grove garden owners open their gardens to tour goers for one day in March. The Tour generally features 6 gardens and the 2025 Tour will be centered in the North Grove to make walking and biking from garden to garden easy for everyone.
